Tuition

The current cost of tuition for the 2011 – 2012 academic year is $10500 for current students and middle school students. Current students who enroll in Northbrook High School pay only$10500, while the new high school students tuition is $12500. New tuition prices are set in February, In addition to tuition and enrollment fees, families are responsible for the costs of uniforms, field trips and replacement books.

The following methods of payment are accepted: Cash/check payment for the total or partial annual tuition. We also offer a 10 month payment plan from March through December. Credit card options are now available.

Northbrook's offerings equal and exceed classic new england prep-schools that cost more than twice as much because Northbrook leverages the community in order to reduce real estate costs. Why build a library or fields or a gym, if we can support the local community and use existing ones? However, Northbrook believes just as strongly that students need to be giving back to their community. Northbrook students participate in a variety of community service projects throughout the year. Many of our students have won the J. F. Kennedy Award for their outstanding contributions.

Financial assistance is VERY limited. Families who require financial assistance should contact Ms. Boyle and be required to submit a FACTS Financial Aid application form.

Northbrook Academy is proud to serve the community. We strive to keep tuition low-cost while offering the most comprehensive arts, athletics and academic programs of any comparative prep school.

When looking at the cost of a private middle school or high school education consider it both an investment in the future, as well as the "front-loading" a college bound student's education.

Ask any college professor, not all entering freshman are equally prepared for the college level work. Why not give your child the advantage of a great education NOW?

Northbrook students are "Super-Prepped" for high school and beyond...Northbrook students learn skills in middle school that help them to excel in high school and thus prepare them to have many educational options to reach their goals and potential.
